I had my financial aid appointment with Scott who is VERY informative and answered all of my questions before I can even ask them. Our appointment wasn’t until 2pm but he grabbed me out of the waiting area 20 minutes early! Thank you so much Scott.

I had a great mock interview with Shonna. She helped me feel prepared for my upcoming interview. Her personality and vibe was very soothing and calming. I felt like her feedback was great and furthered my understanding on what I need to work on as a student at NCC.

I'm currently in the map program that is for Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy. I'm currently enjoying both classes until I found out that in our MA class we were told that we weren't going to be able to continue with our teacher Mrs. Haidy. I really don't like the fact that they change teachers because we've already established our learning style with the teaching style of our initial teacher. I honestly feel like changing teachers halfway through our courses will definitely make me feel like I'm going to miss something or what if the new teacher just doesn't follow the curriculum that we've already established. I'm not wanting anything to jeopardize my schooling, especially since this is something we are paying for.
If it were up to me I would like to finish my second part courses with my current teacher Mrs. Haidy. She's literally the best and she has answers to all of our questions, she stays on task even when we get off topic at times, her information is clear and understanding.
I will update my review once my classes finish.

I’m the boyfriend of a current student, I had hopes to further my education and add growth to my trade had my interest in the HVAC program and seeing what she’s gone through made me decide not to enroll here. Allow me to describe the nightmare of a school this is.
This school thrives on stress and anxiety while offering almost no real support. Once they take your money, they stop caring—especially about students who genuinely want to learn and succeed. There is zero respect for work-life balance, and burnout is treated as normal.
Save your money and your mental health. Look elsewhere. The staff absolutely does not care about you, they will not listen to you or try to understand you they believe they are superior and assume every student has the same academic proficiency this place is full of corrupt staff. School work balance is important as adults, we have lives to survive. As long as this school is getting its money they could care less of your well being and mental state or the stress they cause you something must be done about these matters. You guys need to re evaluate your teachers and deans!!!!

Northwest Career College has been a wonderful expirience. I had my mock interview with Shonna and she made me feel more confident about my future interviews for externship. She gave me tips and feedback to help me improve. Her feedback always felt like it came from a place of kindness and motivation. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming at Northwest Career College. It feels like they want you to succeed so they do everything they can to help you improve.

I am currently in pharmacy and am in the last 3 months of my program. I have faced trial after trial being in this program, I got very sick and am undergoing a lot of appointments and procedures coming up. Even with all of this they had ways and accommodations for me to succeed. I am also a young parent so they did have full understanding of me being a mom, working, and trying to manage my health and schooling. A huge shoutout to Ms. Marjorie because if there was something we couldn’t understand she has displayed all learning strategies for us to best understand. I am fully confident in my next steps from my internship to actually working in the pharmacy. I can’t wait to see what my following instructors have for me.

My experience so far into my phlebotomist program has been amazing my instructors Miss Tiffany and Mr Michael have been amazing and giving us a great insight and encouragement when it comes to working are way to of becoming a phlebotomist and the school has been a huge support to others and to me by giving me this opportunity for my own change of life to even better myself and continue my education and giving my daughter the best life she can possibly have!!!

NCC has been a really good experience so far, and the instructors are helpful and easy to talk to. The classes are straightforward and actually prepare you for real jobs, not just tests. Overall, I feel supported and confident about what I’m learning!(:

I just did a tour and I’d recommend this school to anyone who’s looking to get back into school or start their career. All of their programs are top-of-the-line and you can tell their instructors love what they do. I also love how they are involved with the community. They willingly gave a tour to my group of 3rd-grade students and explained the link to early education to various promising careers and gave many hands-on experiences for them. They didn’t force the idea of college on them but planted a seed of how they could get to a career they loved doing. I’d highly recommend this school!

Joining the Family Northwest Career College was "The best decision I ever made" Although I was initially scared at first going back to school, after being out of school for a decade, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of transition that I experienced. During my first day in school, everyone is so friendly and helpful. As a Pharmacy Technician student, the class is very accommodating building the basic foundation from entry level and the class schedules works really well for a busy mom like myself. I can't wait to graduate and start my new career in pharmacy.

Northwest has a great dental dual program! The teachers are great! Had to take leave for 3 months and came back thinking it would be hard, but Ms Tina made it really easy for me to get back into it. Her study sessions were very helpful and she gave great tips! She was very patient as I tried to remember what I had learned prior as were the rest of the instructors! Definitely recommend coming to NCC for their dental program!

The Front desk is where it all begins, and Maria has done an exceptional job at making my experience here at NCC that much better. This school presents information in a way that all types of learners can excel, whether you are an Auditory learner or a Visual learner! This is really a great school.

Let me start off with I had the best teacher. I did the phlebotomy program here then covid hit and we had to do everything via Zoom but that didn’t stop us from coming together and getting partners to do our blood draws with the help of our teacher we made it. The staff as well did a good job at keeping us stocked on supplies so happy I chose this school. and will be going back to further my medical career.

I absolutely love this school! The massage therapy program is amazing & the instructors really want to produce excellent licensed massage therapists! Studying for the licensing exam is tough, but I was given all the tools I needed to succeed! The program chair, Lance, does a great job & helps you understand the bigger picture. But he couldn't do it all without his amazing support staff, Aubrey is wow! Helena & Bridget are personable, funny, & helpful. If any of them don't know an answer to a student or client's question, they will promptly find an answer. The People & communication make this place an easy dream!
