A student has the right to appeal the actions or determinations listed below. A student should email the applicable Point of Contact listed below to file an appeal.

The Point of Contact will review the appeal and any supporting documentation provided by the student within five (5) business days of receipt. Written notification of the decision regarding the appeal will be sent to the student within ten (10) business days after receipt of the appeal, except in the case of a pending investigation, in which case the response may require an additional (10) business days.
The original action or determination remains in effect while the appeal is being reviewed.
