His roles have included Chief Legal Officer in the lending industry, Legal Operations Specialist in financial services, and Senior Legal Assistant in corporate legal departments. He also gained prosecutorial experience at the District Attorney’s Office, where he worked on criminal law cases.

Throughout his career, Leo has developed expertise in diverse areas of law, including real estate law, contract law, corporate governance, bankruptcy law, criminal law, tenant law, and compliance. His extensive legal background includes managing legal processes, ensuring regulatory adherence, and safeguarding company interests through litigation and court order management.

Leo holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and actively engages with law enforcement through volunteer work on advisory boards and community councils.
